Louise is the driving force behind the research that it takes to bring the right people, great faces and unique performances to your screen. Today, with over 30 years of navigating the vision on countless projects, Louise, aka "Cheese" continues to blend her collaborative work ethic with her creative intuition,  community resources and industry partners to deliver the cast you're looking forward to working with. Professional development includes producing studies at the Canadian Screen Training Centre, in Ottawa, ON; Simon Fraser University graduate in Communications and Filmmaking; and broadcast journalism studies at BCIT. Member: Casting Directors Society of Canada (CDC); Commercial Production Assn. of Western Canada (CPAWC); Vancouver Island South Film & Media.

FAVOURITE CELEBRITY MOMENT: 
Sitting with Sidney Poitier at the wrap party for Children of the Dust (CBS) eating Chinese food and hearing first hand his experiences in raising daughters in Beverly Hills in the 1960's.  [email protected]

Rhett’s the guy who focuses on the visual side of our talent presentations.  From the camera to the lighting to the final export, he’s the one making sure casting sessions look their best.  Rhett and his company, Rhettoric Media, bring years of experience to the Calgary film space.  A graduate of both University of Calgary’s Bachelor of Communications Studies as well as SAIT’s Cinema, Television, Stage & Radio programs, Rhett also shares his knowledge as an instructor in SAIT’s Film & Video Production program.  When he’s not casting or doing corporate video work, he’s working as a cinematographer and producer on films that have been screened at festivals across the world.

FAVOURITE CELEBRITY MOMENT:
Skirted the handshake line at his university convocation to quickly talk to Atom Egoyan, who was an honorary graduate, about his early films.
